Terms of Service

Effective July 27, 2026

Scope of Work

  • UI/UX design services are tailored primarily for Roblox experiences.
  • Project scope, deliverables, and boundaries are agreed upon before work begins.
  • Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.
  • Icons displayed in portfolio examples are not included unless sourced from an open-source library.

Pricing & Payment

  • The minimum rate is $40 per frame.
  • Final pricing is based on complexity, workload, and specific project requirements.
  • Accepted payment methods are PayPal and Robux.
  • Transaction fees, taxes, and currency conversion costs are the client's responsibility.
  • Payment is due after the work is completed. Final files will be delivered once payment is received.

Revisions

  • Each project includes up to three major revisions.
  • Major revisions involve significant layout or structural changes.
  • Minor adjustments such as color, spacing, or text edits count as minor revisions.
  • Complete redesigns or new concepts after approval are not included.

Communication & Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide clear instructions, references, and feedback.
  • Please respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Review deliverables promptly.
  • Ensure sufficient Robux balance before payment is due.
  • Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines.

Timeline

  • Fixed deadlines are not guaranteed.
  • Completion time depends on complexity, current workload, and revision requests.
  • Projects with strict deadlines must be discussed in advance and may be declined.

Ownership & Usage

  • After full payment, the client receives usage rights for the final UI design within their Roblox project.
  • I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio.
  • Drafts, unused concepts, and working files remain my property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as the client's own work.

Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • No refunds are issued after final files have been delivered.

Cancellation

  • No refund is provided once work has begun.
  • I reserve the right to cancel a project due to lack of communication, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior.

Liability

  • I am not responsible for script functionality, coding errors, or platform-related issues that arise after delivery and are unrelated to my design work.
  • My liability is limited to the design services outlined in our agreement.

  • By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
